1. Using the Site

  • Vulgar Apparel makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are not final until we send a shipping confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders for any reason.

  • All sales are final for items marked “FINAL SALE”.

3. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders before 2:00 PM CT ship next business day. Orders after 2:00 PM CT ship the day after next.

  • Tracking information will be emailed via USPS once your order ships.

  • Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted through our returns portal for purchases made on this Site.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Include the packing slip.

  • Refunds take 3–5 business days for return shipment + 1–2 business days for processing.

  • Abuse of returns may result in suspension or termination of Site access.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including designs, logos, text, images, and videos, belongs to Vulgar Apparel or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell our content without permission.

  • The Vulgar Apparel name, logos, and marks are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders.

  • Returns of international orders do not include reimbursement of duties paid.
